Summary

Despite how common and easy to identify Wild Garlic is, this species is in my top ten favorite wild foods to forage. It’s versatile, delicious and plentiful. Just make sure theres enough room in your freezer.

Edibililty & Uses

Delicious and beneficial. Wild Garlic is a relation of our much used cultivated garlic. The juice from the plant has been used for eons to steralise wounds.
